Electrical Apprentice / Helper

GlobaLogix, Inc. serves mid-market Energy and Utility clients by delivering engineering, design, and installation of industrial control systems on time and on budget.  We have deep industry knowledge and experience to provide complete solutions.

We are currently seeking Helpers for our West Texas operations in Pecos, Texas.  Prefer Local candidates but will consider helpers who will work on a 2:1 rotation or M-F schedule. Can count on at least 50-60 hours per week. This is a fast-paced environment. Must be able to contend with the weather conditions in West Texas.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Cut, thread, and bend conduit (RMC)
• Termination of automation equipment

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience working with AC/DC power and automation systems
• Familiarity with pressurized equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Dependability
• Good understanding of smart phone applications for email, time sheets, and expenses
